Yangju Doga (CEO Kim Gi-gap) is at the ‘7 Agri & Food Tech Start-up Rising Expo 26’ held at COEX Hall A in Seoul for three days from July 28th (Wed) to 3th (Fri). ‘ and introduced ‘Utokjatok’, a highly carbonated citron makgeolli.
Yangju Doga is a liquor company based in Yangju City, and presents a variety of products that reinterpret traditional liquor in a modern way, and won the grand prize in the traditional category of Korean liquor Takju Saeng Makgeolli at the 2021 Korea Liquor Awards.
Among them, ‘Utokjatok’ is fermented with Yangju bone rice and is characterized by high-quality natural Goheung citron with the maximum amount of oil within the limit permitted by the Liquor Act.
In addition, it is composed of high carbonic acid so that the carbonation is alive from the first glass to the last glass to maximize the refreshing feeling, and it is composed of a package reminiscent of champagne to add luxury.
In addition, Yangju Doga introduced ‘Byeolsan Sparkling Makgeolli’, which is full of refreshing feeling as if mulberry eggs burst in the mouth, and ‘Yangju Bulgoksan Makgeolli’, which boasts a soft taste made with Yiyangju without chemical additives.
Meanwhile, at AFRO 2023, the largest Agtech & Foodtech event in Korea, domestic startups with global growth potential in Agtech, Foodtech, and Green Bio will exhibit products and services to solve various problems in the agriculture and food industries, Various programs such as conferences discussing the present and future of Agtech and Foodtech and investment briefings (IR competitions) are held. This exhibition is hosted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and supervised by the Korea Agricultural Technology Promotion Agency, NH Nonghyup, COEX, and the Korea Food Tech Council.
