Dallol Company participated in the ‘7 Agri & Food Tech Start-up Rising Expo 26’ held at COEX Hall A in Seoul for 28 days from Wednesday, July 3th to Friday, 2023th.
Dalol Company is a gluten-free bakery food tech company that uses domestic rice. In order to promote coexistence with the local community, we are emphasizing a culture of safe food that can be trusted and eaten by introducing bread and desserts made without wheat using domestically produced rice flour contracted with domestic farmers.
At this exhibition, we introduced products developed with domestic rice that received the first US GFFP gluten-free certification in Korea so that you can enjoy delicious bakery without flour. Dallol Company announced that it is increasing safety by manufacturing its products in a HACCP certified facility.
An official from Dallol Company said, “Our brand, which uses only rice flour, first became active in the confectionery field and began producing bread in the first half of this year. “We are using raw materials from a farm that grows golden rice located in Gimpo,” he explained.
Meanwhile, at AFRO 2023, the largest Agtech & Foodtech event in Korea, domestic startups with global growth potential in Agtech, Foodtech, and Green Bio will exhibit products and services to solve various problems in the agriculture and food industries, Various programs such as conferences discussing the present and future of Agtech and Foodtech and investment briefings (IR competitions) are held. This exhibition is hosted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and supervised by the Korea Agricultural Technology Promotion Agency, NH Nonghyup, COEX, and the Korea Food Tech Council.
