Lab7Bottle participated in the ‘Agri & Food Tech Start-up Rising Expo 26’ held at COEX Hall A in Seoul for three days from July 28 (Wed) to 3 (Fri).
Lab to Bottle, a company innovating the liquor industry with cutting-edge technology, introduced sparkling pear wine at this exhibition. We are preparing to launch the research and development of wine using pears as a local specialty in Cheonan. For Fiery wine, active aging technology has been applied to reduce the aging period to less than three months.
An official from LabXNUMXBottle said, “Our sparkling wine, which is also a local specialty, adopts an old fermentation recipe and uses a new technology. Natural traditional fermentation is rare, and wine made from domestic pears does not have much existing market. We want to advance into the global market and promote our liquor,” he explained.
Lab to Bottle, which introduced sparkling domestic pear wine that has been fermented and matured in a fine process, is leading the traditional brewing industry and is growing into an innovative company by utilizing high-tech industries.
Meanwhile, at AFRO 2023, the largest Agtech & Foodtech event in Korea, domestic startups with global growth potential in Agtech, Foodtech, and Green Bio will exhibit products and services to solve various problems in the agriculture and food industries, Various programs such as conferences discussing the present and future of Agtech and Foodtech and investment briefings (IR competitions) are held. This exhibition is hosted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and supervised by the Korea Agricultural Technology Promotion Agency, NH Nonghyup, COEX, and the Korea Food Tech Council.
