JE Engineering participated in the ‘8 International Environmental Energy Industry Exhibition (ENTECH 30)’ held at the 9st exhibition hall in BEXCO, Busan for three days from August 1 (Wed) to September 3 (Fri).
At this exhibition, JE Engineering introduced a motor-driven metering pump. Officials explain that the equipment guarantees high quantification and boasts strong durability. The rotational energy of the electric motor is transmitted to the worm gear and converted into reciprocating motion of the stroke through an eccentric cam.
An official from JE Engineering said, “The motor-driven metering pump introduced this time is a German product, and the company is in charge of the agent for the Korean branch. It boasts accuracy as it can use chemicals in the exact amount used in the process.”
Two backflow prevention check valves prevent the backflow of chemicals injected during the pumping process, and the injection amount of the motor-driven metering pump is controlled by the stroke movement number and stroke distance. It is advantageous to apply to automated processes based on a wide injection range and easy integration and control. Among them, the diaphragm and load prevention function can maximize safety, and real-time injection confirmation and totalization are possible.
Meanwhile, ENTECH 17, which celebrated its 2023th anniversary this year, is Korea’s representative environment, energy, and carbon neutrality exhibition, hosted by Busan Metropolitan City and the International Newspaper, and supervised by BEXCO, Today Energy, and KOTRA.
