ELT Sensor Co., Ltd. (CEO Lee In) will participate in the ‘7 Korea International Safety & Health Show (KISS 3)’ held at KINTEX in Goyang from July 6rd (Monday) to 2023th (Thursday) and display special industrial products. Three types of NDIR sensor module Z series for gas measurement were introduced.

ELT Sensor’s self-developed ‘NDIR sensor module for special gas measurement (model name: Z180, Z360, Z800)’ is a product that integrates ELT Sensor’s know-how and technology, and is widely used in semiconductor factories, battery factories, steel mills, chemical plants, etc. It is possible to optically measure special gases such as CO, SO2, NO2, CF4, SF6, CH4, and electrolyte gas in industrial plants such as incinerators.

The measurement range is 0~2000ppm and is customized depending on the type of gas. It can build a safe industrial site by detecting odor, harmful gas, explosive gas, suffocation, and poisonous gas in industrial sites. It boasts a longer lifespan than existing electrochemical formulas. In addition, it is expected to have a replacement effect in various industrial sites as it is a domestically produced optical special gas sensor that had been dependent on overseas imports.

In addition to the NDIR sensor module for measuring industrial special gases, the CF4 measuring device ‘FGA-100’ for semiconductor scrubbers, the odor and hazardous environment information measuring device ‘FGA-3000’, and the portable odor and hazardous environment information measuring device ‘FGA-4000’, installed. They also introduced four types of FGA series, including ‘FGA-4’, a CF5000 (carbon tetrafluoride) measuring instrument for semiconductor scrubbers.

In addition, the cylindrical NDIR sensor module ‘L-50’ manufactured in a cartridge type is a product that meets global standards and can measure butane, methane, propane, and carbon dioxide.

In addition, ELT Sensor introduced the ‘NDIR alcohol sensor module (model name: EtOH-L600F)’ for cracking down on drunk driving, which is becoming more of an issue overseas than domestically. This product has a faster measurement reaction speed and higher accuracy than a chemical module, and can be used for a long period of time, with a lifespan of 2 years compared to 5 years for the chemical formula.

The measurement range is 0 to 1000ppm, and it was first launched in the European market, where a car ignition lock function is installed when the blood alcohol concentration exceeds the standard, and in the Japanese market, where installation of a breathalyzer is mandatory for business owners with five or more vehicles.

Lee In, CEO of ELT Sensor, said, “We have expanded our optical product line to industrial product lines, including special gas meters for semiconductor scrubbers, cylindrical methane sensors, and alcohol concentration meters.” He added, “We want to promote ELT Sensor’s high-quality products and brand to domestic industry officials. I participated in this exhibition. “We will expand the domestic special gas measuring instrument market more aggressively,” he said.

ELT Sensor, a gas company with domestic development and production technology for NDIR optical sensors and air quality monitors, is a leading company in measuring gas concentrations such as carbon dioxide (CO2), carbon monoxide (CO), and methane (CH4) worldwide. We have our own patented technology based on the measurement principle of the non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) method, which is designated as a test method, and we are manufacturing CO2 and CxHy series (CH4, C2H4, C3H8, C4H10) in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, China, Taiwan, etc. It is exported through over 40 business partners in over 100 countries around the world, including India, Germany, and Denmark.

Meanwhile, ‘International Safety and Health Exhibition’ is the nation’s best industrial safety exhibition where you can see and experience the latest products and technologies related to safety and health in one place. In this exhibition hosted by the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency, organized and operated by the Safety Protection Gear Association and Contest Exhibition, and sponsored by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, △industrial safety and protective gear △industrial health and occupational health △chemical industry safety and disaster prevention industry △smart safety △public service and Items related to public safety management were exhibited and introduced.
