The ‘2023 International Council of Small and Medium Businesses World Congress (ICSB World Congress)’ was held at the Kimdaejung Convention Center in Gwangju on the 13th to promote the global growth and development of small and medium-sized businesses and prepare ways for cooperation.

This world conference, held under the theme of ‘Entrepreneurship for Humanity and Peace’, will be attended by over 75 people from 1,000 countries, including small and medium-sized business experts from industry and academia, policy makers, businessmen, and students.
At the opening ceremony held at 13 a.m. on the 10th, Gwangju Mayor Kang Ki-jeong, Gwangju Techno Park Director Kim Young-jip, former Chairman of the Balanced National Development Committee Kyeong-ryung Kyung, former UN Ambassador Oh Joon, ICSB President-elect Kim Ki-chan, Small and Medium Venture Business Policy Association President Kim Do-seong, Gwangju University President Kim Dong-jin, and Chosun Min Young-don. The ‘ICSB Academy’, where you can listen to lectures and advice from global small and medium-sized business leaders, will be held in rooms 14-301 of the Kimdaejung Convention Center until the 306th. Academic programs such as ‘ICSB World Congress’, which presents high-quality papers in each field for small and medium-sized business experts, will be held in the conference room of the Kimdaejung Convention Center on the 13th and 14th.
