This exhibition mainly featured ‘Golden Traditional Liquor’. This product is a traditional liquor made using the Samyangju technique, using glutinous rice grown in reclaimed land in Daecheon and Korean wheat malt, undergoing a primary fermentation process for 1 days and secondary fermentation and maturation for 2 days.
