At this exhibition, a -60℃ ultra-low temperature spiral freezer was introduced. Through this equipment, various food groups such as fruit, meat, marine products, and bakery can be individually cooled at -60℃ in a short period of time.
Even if the product is frozen and thawed, it maintains its previous state and operates under conditions similar to an air conditioner. The official explained that compared to existing quick freezing, the dripping phenomenon during thawing is significantly reduced by minimizing the penetration of moisture into the object. In addition, it was emphasized that it can be installed in a narrow space compared to a tunnel freezer and that maintenance costs are low because it does not use liquid nitrogen.
