Nantsune Korea participated in the ‘5 Seoul International Food Industry Exhibition (SEOUL FOOD 30)’ held at KINTEX in Goyang for 6 days from Tuesday, May 2 to Friday, June 4.
Nantsune Korea founder Tsunejiro Minami founded the Nantsune Blade Workshop in 1925, renamed it Nantsune Workshop in 1929, and produced and sold the first raw meat slicing machine. Since 1925, we have continued to co-create value with food processing companies focusing on meat processing. In addition, we do not limit ourselves to manufacturing and selling food processing machines, but provide a wide range of solutions ranging from planning proposals for products sold by customers to designing food factories according to the customer’s purpose.
This exhibition mainly introduced automatic rib fracture machines. This equipment is capable of high-speed slicing at a processing speed of up to 80 sheets per minute, and the independently developed two-stage fixing device fixes the material without shaking and allows control according to the length of the raw material.
In particular, an official from Nantsune Korea said, “The last step is to cut it by pressing it on a plate, so the remaining meat can be reduced to 15mm. In the case of existing fracture machines, the value is about 25 to 30 mm, but our product has the advantage of cutting cleanly to the remaining amount shorter. Above all, the main advantage is that it is safe because it is an automated equipment.”
