The COSTIMO 4 series is divided into 5 types of products based on capacity and power consumption, including 6-speed, 12-speed, 20-speed, 24-speed, and 40-speed. These products not only provide baking (baking/confectionery), which is the original function of an oven, but also provide a ‘Cosmoke’ function that cooks by burning wood chips made from chestnuts and other ingredients in a built-in smoke generator. Because it can utilize two cooking functions, it is also called a ‘combi oven’.
It is also equipped with a ‘Cornado’ function to achieve uniform cooking in all positions within the oven. During cooking, convection is created inside the oven to maintain a constant temperature and humidity, and the two-way fan motor, which is adjusted to a total of 5 speeds, is intelligently controlled according to the characteristics of the ingredients. In addition, the COSTIMO 4 series uses the heat energy generated by heating in the oven to generate steam, or adopts an automatic cleaning function that uses washing water circulation to significantly reduce energy and resource usage such as electricity, gas, and water. Another feature is improved ease of use and intuitiveness through a touch screen mounted on the front of the oven, an indicator that shows whether cooking is complete, a Wi-Fi connection function, and a sliding door.
