    In particular, in 2017, the company made its name known in the industry by successfully mass-producing domestic white tree ear mushrooms through a public offering project with the Jinan-gun Agricultural Technology Center.     Mushroom Maru, which set up a booth in the retro concept Jeonbuk Chamber of Commerce at Seoul Food 2023, is a company supporting the traditional food marketing revitalization project conducted by Jeollabuk-do (Governor Kim Kwan-young) and Jeonbuk Bio Convergence Industry Promotion Agency (Director Lee Eun-mi).

Among them, the representative product is ‘Five Kinds of Mushrooms’, which is a product manufactured by drying and processing five types of mushrooms, including wood ear mushrooms, pine mushrooms, saeyan mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, and king oyster mushrooms, grown without pesticides.

    An official from Mushroom Maru explained that during the drying process, a low-temperature cold air drying method was used to minimize the destruction of nutrients, and that the flavor, texture, and nutrition of each mushroom were taken into consideration to achieve harmony. In addition, it was emphasized that it can be used in various recipes, such as adding it to soup, porridge, and rice, to further enhance the taste of food.
