Anygen participated in ‘BIO KOREA 5’ held at COEX, Seoul for three days from the opening on May 10 (Wednesday) to the 12th (Friday) to introduce self-produced peptide cosmetics.
Peptide cosmetics introduced at this exhibition were introduced as being effective for whitening wrinkles and acne-prone skin. An official said, “It was produced by Anygen as a cosmetic containing a lot of peptides through research and development for whitening and wrinkle improvement.”
Anygen is a peptide raw material synthesis company that supplies raw materials to pharmaceutical companies or is in charge of research and trial production. It is supplying powder-type peptide products and has developed 2 kinds of peptide biomaterials with two GMP factories.
Founded in 2000 and listed on the KOSDAQ in 2016, Anygen Co., Ltd. is headquartered in Gwangju Techno Park and has a research center at GIST (Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology). It has built a foundation for research and manufacturing of peptides with an annual capacity of 1g in Jangseong and Osong, North Chungcheong Province, and is conducting research and development using peptides as core materials.
Meanwhile, ‘BIO KOREA 18’, which celebrated its 2023th anniversary this year, was hosted by the Korea Health Industry Development Institute and Chungcheongbuk-do. BIO KOREA, which has been striving to improve the global status and sustainable growth of the Korean health industry since 2006, is solidifying its position as Korea’s representative biohealth international convention with the participation of world-class scholars and business experts every year. BIO KOREA 2023, in collaboration with companies related to the health industry such as domestic and foreign bio, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics, and food, as well as interested companies and institutions such as consulting, academia, and related organizations, will be held through various programs such as conferences, business partnering, exhibitions, and investment fairs.
