Caregen (CEO Jeong Yong-ji) will participate in ‘BIO KOREA 5 (Bio Korea 10)’, which will be held at COEX in Seoul for 12 days from Wednesday, May 3th to Friday, 2023th, to maintain healthy blood sugar. The amino acid polymer health food ‘ProGsterol’ was exhibited.

CAREGEN CO., LTD., founded in 2001, is known as a pioneer in ‘peptide’ research and development. It is a global biotechnology company with a wide range of products, including functional cosmetics, Class III medical devices, health functional foods, and pharmaceuticals made based on more than 19 different functional peptides and 600 patented technologies developed over the past 360 years.

To put it simply, ‘Peptide’ is an amino acid polymer, which is an ingredient that makes protein, one of the essential components of human tissue and skin. Caregen has established a technology base for mass production of high-purity functional peptides in a stabilized form through research and development of various types of proteins and structures existing in the human body and development of processing technology.

In other words, it combines lipid double-layered encapsulation, which allows peptides to easily penetrate into the skin, and a sustained-release formulation that can enter the body and show lasting effects in a stable form. Based on this, we are expanding the market by developing and launching a variety of products with optimized efficacy across all areas of the anti-aging industry and exporting them to over 130 countries.

In particular, CareGen emphasized that ‘Public PTx’, which has the world’s first Botulinum Toxin Type C mechanism, has expanded its application area to management of hyperhidrosis, pain, and skin diseases, providing a groundbreaking solution to numerous users around the world.

‘ProGsterol’, which Caregen introduced as the main product at this exhibition, is a health food designed to treat pre-diabetes and type II diabetes. The main ingredient is an amino acid complex that helps maintain healthy blood sugar levels. It provides immediate effects within 30 minutes after ingestion and stabilizes blood sugar levels by supporting the function of insulin receptors.
