Envision (CEO Kim Deok-pyo), a company specializing in machine vision solutions, focuses on machine vision and AGV business at the ‘International Logistics Industry Show (KOREA MAT 18)’, which opens at KINTEX in Ilsan on the 21th (Tue) and runs until the 2023st (Fri). Together with iRAYPLE, a global artificial intelligence (AI) company, it introduced various vision products essential for logistics automation.

Established in 2003, NVision Co., Ltd. is a vision solution provider that provides core products, engineering consulting and technical support services in the field of machine vision. We have formed a cooperative network with source technology manufacturers, and based on this cooperative system, we have been steadily developing solutions with our partners by directly planning solutions that customers need.

At this exhibition, Envision will introduce a series of code readers with various resolutions that can be usefully applied to logistics lines, 3D stereo cameras for object recognition and volume measurement, and smart cameras for various image processing.

First of all, the iRAYPLE code reader series, which boasts a wide FOV of up to 25M resolution and excellent reading performance, can easily and quickly recognize multiple codes on pallets or packages on fast-flowing conveyors with a small number of cameras. Very useful in the field.

In addition, it is possible to measure the size and position of the product through a 3D stereo camera with a built-in algorithm for precise volume measurement and 3D location information. This has the advantage of effectively recognizing products in the Singulator equipment that classifies the items pouring in at once and increasing the singulating speed accordingly.

Finally, the Windows 10-based PC-mounted smart camera can easily process various image algorithms such as OCR, dimension measurement, and pattern matching in a flow chart manner.

An official from NVision said, “Based on the experience accumulated in the electric/electronic industry such as displays, secondary batteries, and semiconductors, we will provide inspection solutions optimized for the logistics market. In the future, we will continue to provide customized support activities by actively accepting customer opinions in the field.”

Meanwhile, ‘2023 ICPI Week (International Pharmaceutical and Cosmetics Week)’, Korea’s largest exhibition where you can see the entire supply chain from pharmaceutical and cosmetic development to manufacturing and logistics distribution in one place, is hosted by the contest exhibition, K. Hosted by YExpo, it will be held at KINTEX from Tuesday, April 4 to Friday, April 18.
