Chung Eui-sun, chairman of Hyundai Motor Group, drew attention by visiting the Mercedes-Benz Korea booth at the ‘3 Seoul Mobility Show’ held at KINTEX for a total of 31 days from March 4st to April 9th.
Chairman Chung visited the site of the 4 Seoul Mobility Show on the morning of the 2023th and toured the booths of participating companies, including Hyundai Motor Group, while visiting the booth of Mercedes-Benz, a competitor in the automobile market, and inspected various vehicles in person.
Through this Seoul Mobility Show, Mercedes-Benz unveiled its top luxury models and electric vehicles that implemented Mercedes-Benz’s Luxury & Electrification strategy across all Halo Brands.
As part of this, Mercedes-Benz △Project Mondo G △The New Mercedes-Maybach S 680 4MATIC Virgil Abloh Edition △Project Maybach △The New Mercedes-AMG SL △The New EQE SUV △The New Mercedes-AMG EQE △Mercedes-AMG G 63 K-Edition 20 and others were exhibited at this exhibition.
In particular, Chairman Chung spent the most time looking at ‘The New EQE SUV’, one of the new electrification strategy models. The New EQE SUV is a luxury business electric SUV unveiled by Mercedes-Benz for the first time in Korea at the 2023 Seoul Mobility Show. It is equipped with a class-leading roomy interior space, various convenience specifications of an EQE sedan, and a progressive design with an aerodynamic coefficient of 0.25 cd. In addition, the mileage on a single charge reaches 1 to 460 km.
Meanwhile, the 2023 Seoul Mobility Show will be held on the theme of ‘Sustainable Connected Mobility (Sustainable and Intelligent Mobility Revolution)’ at KINTEX Exhibition Center 1 in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, starting with Press Day on March 3 (Thursday) and ending on April 30 ( days) to be held. The total exhibition size is 4㎡, more than twice the size of the previous event (9㎡), and more than 53,541 companies and institutions from 26,310 countries around the world will participate to showcase various mobility contents.
