Jin Co., Ltd. participated in the ‘3 Seoul Mobility Show’, which opened on March 31st and will be held at KINTEX for a total of 4 days until April 9th, and introduced a vibration tester using an electromagnetic actuator.

Jin, founded in 2010, is a company that specializes in vibration-related sensors, measuring instruments, testing machines, and testing services. In addition, we manufacture next-generation vibration durability testers using electromagnetic actuators, single-axis and multi-axis vibration testers, and actual vehicle reproduction testers.

The electromagnetic actuator is designed and manufactured using Jin’s own patents, and can be configured as test equipment according to various customer requirements in the form of a Lego-type smart actuator.

The electromagnetic actuator is a next-generation actuator that minimizes the shortcomings of existing mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic actuators and is optimized for vibration and repetitive durability tests. It is capable of accurate position control, boasts a wider frequency range compared to hydraulic type, and can be configured as desired test equipment in single-axis, multi-axis, series, and parallel combinations.

A Jin official said, “Testing equipment using electromagnetic actuators is a low-noise tester that enables BSR/NVH test analysis. Representative testers include BSR test (4-axis MIMO), chassis module NVH tester, and composite chassis module joint tester. “The advantage is that it is 100% domestically manufactured, so it has a reasonable price, low maintenance costs compared to foreign products, and excellent performance compared to cost,” he explained.
