SK E&S participated in the ‘2 Drone Show Korea 23’ held at BEXCO, Busan from February 25 (Thu) to 2023 (Sat).

SK E&S showed all stages of hydrogen energy production, distribution, and consumption through a diorama and a large LED screen. In addition, this year is the year when the venue for the ‘2030 World Expo’ is decided, and SK E&S presented its vision of a ‘future city based on hydrogen energy’ to enhance the competitiveness of Busan, which is striving to host the expo.
SK E&S President Choo Hyeong-wook, who visited the exhibition the day before, said, “I hope that Busan will transform into a clean ‘hydrogen cutting-edge city’ that leads carbon neutrality in the mid- to long-term, and successfully host the World Expo.” We can also make it,” he said.
In addition, in September of last year, SK E&S signed a business agreement with the city of Busan to create a hydrogen economy ecosystem to support the Busan World Expo. Efforts are being made to create local jobs.

Also, in January, President Chu met with Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kabrielius Landsbergis at the SK Seorin Building in Jongno-gu, Seoul to appeal for support for hosting the Busan World Expo and discussed the possibility of various economic cooperation between the two countries.
