Labtech Engineering specializes in developing laboratory and pilot facilities for the plastics and rubber industries. The Ultra Micro COEX film blowing line, launched in 2015, was produced with a lot of engineering input. It is a functional replica of the COEX film blowing line, uses minimal material and is suitable for laboratories, QA and QC departments.
In addition, the Scientific Mini Single Layer Blown Film Line Type LMF-200 is a low-cost alternative model to regular-sized blown film equipment. Labtech’s three-layer cast film line is manufactured with a chill roll width of 3mm and can produce film widths of up to 400mm. The equipment features separate roll stacks and the top roll or bottom roll can be attached to the middle roll. Thanks to the separate roll stack and moving upper and lower rolls, it is designed to be able to perform not only casting but also calendaring with one facility. Officials explain that it provides up to 370 layers and a maximum width of 9m.
Additionally, Noselab ATS’ A-MELT Plastometer, launched for the first time this time, is a melt indexer manufactured in Italy and currently used in laboratories around the world. With its reasonable price and compactness, the A-MELT Plastometer allows you to obtain accurate results with simple use.
Labtech Engineering also has a variety of other laboratory and pilot equipment to suit your requirements.
