LG Innotek announced on the 2023th that it will set up an open booth for the first time at CES 15 and unveil a large number of new products related to electrical components for electric vehicles (EV) and autonomous vehicles.
LG Innotek plans to further solidify its position in the global market as a total solution provider for future vehicles through this exhibition. Under the concept of ‘LG Innotek Where Innovation Starts’, new products related to electric vehicles and autonomous driving with next-generation innovative technologies will be introduced.
In particular, with the active participation of global automobile companies, the mobility industry has recently emerged as a main theme of CES. In line with this trend, LG Innotek also highlighted automotive electronic components as a highlight of this exhibition and plans to shine in the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC), a vehicle and mobility technology exhibition hall.
Camera module for advanced driver assistance system (ADAS), camera and radar module for in-cabin, sensor fusion solution, LiDAR solution, 5G & Wi that optimizes the stability of connection between vehicle and smartphone. -Electronic components for self-driving cars, such as the Fi combo module, are expected to see a surge in demand as autonomous driving levels increase.
In addition, the wireless battery management system (Wireless BMS) independently developed by LG Innotek to lighten electrical components will also be unveiled for the first time at CES. New products related to Metaverse developed by LG Innotek based on high-performance optical technology, including 3D sensing modules and display assemblies that are essential for implementing extended reality (XR), will be unveiled.
In addition, substrates for semiconductors, antenna-in-package (AiP) and radio frequency system-in-package (SF-SiP), which are evaluated as essential components for 5G communication, and flip chip ball grid array (FC-BGA), which announced new entry early this year etc. are introduced in this exhibition. In addition, eco-friendly energy power solutions such as solar hybrid inverters, DC-DC converters for energy storage systems (ESS), and power products for electric vehicles will also be introduced.
